Mr. Curtis Wayne Lewis, 60, Indianapolis, passed away on February 4, 2017. He leaves to cherish his memory, siblings: Samuel Spain, Jr. (Joyce), Kevin Spain, Nancy Cobb and Wanda Morris (Michael) and a host of extended family and friends. The visitation is Saturday, February 11, 2017, 2pm - 3pm with the service at 3pm in Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel.
