Mr. James Russell Folsom, 73, of Indianapolis, passed away on September 14, 2017. Mr. Folsom retired from Security at Ivy Tech State College. He became a member of the Rough Riders Motor Cycle Club in 1968.He leaves to cherish his memory, sons: Mario R. Folsom and Demetrius N. Folsom (Elena); ex wife, Catherine Folsom; sisters: Hellen Westmoreland and Charlene Folsom; 5 grandchildren anda host of extended relatives and friends. The visitation is Saturday, September 23, 2017, 2pm - 4pm, with the service at 4pm in Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel.
