Mr. Jeffery Lynn Payne, 57, of Indianapolis, departed this life on the night of November 18, 2017. He had been a member of Puritan Missionary Baptist Church. Jeffery was a United States Navy Veteran and had been employed by Wellington Manor.He leaves to cherish his memory, daughters: Tijana Washington Davis, Alanna Payne and Amber Reaves (Vincent); siblings: Thurman Eldridge, Larry Eldridge, Kim Gillard and Barbara Blythe; 9 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. His visitation is Friday, December 1, 2017, 10am - 11am, with the service at 11am in Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel.
