Timothy C. Mills 65, Indianapolis passed away on Feb 20, 2011. Timothy always had wise advice to offer, an encouraging word to give, a helping hand to lend, and a funny joke to tell. He was a winning competitor in several drag racing series, and developed the popular "Dash for Cash" drag-racing series. Timothy also had a great love for RC airplanes, and demonstrated a remarkable flying ability. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb 26 at 11a.m. in Crown Hill Cemetery's Peace Chapel, with visitation at 10a.m.
