Mr. William D. Thomas, 77, Indianapolis, passed away on February 9, 2017. He had been a member of Little Zion Missionary Baptist Church and retired as a meat cutter from Cub Foods. Mr. Thomas leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate his life, loving wife, Willa Thomas; children: Aaron Steiner (Sharon), Debra Craig, Bridget Thomas and Tylise Younger; siblings: Dr. Jack Thomas (Dr. Carolyn Calloway-Thomas), Emma B. King, Mary Byrdsong and Carolyn Flippin and a host of extended family and friends. The visitation is Saturday, February 18, 2017, 10am - 11am, with the service at 11am at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, 5111 W. 62nd Street. The interment will immediately follow in New Crown Cemetery.
