Mildred was born in Campbellsburg, Indiana on September 7, 1912, the daughter of the late Carl and Zola (Freed) Bilyeu. Mildred is survived by a son,Paul Blackwell of Jenks, Oklahoma. Funeral Services at Crown Hill Funeral Home, Indianapolis, IN, at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, April 13th, 2009 . Family and Friends may call from 12:00 P.M.
