71 of Indianapolis was born on April 30, 1942 in Ft. Wayne, IN. She was a graduate of Elmhurst High School and of the IU. Medical Center with a B.S in Allied Health. She was a Medical Technologist at Riley Hospital for 20 years and at Eli. Lilly for 10 years.
Betsy was preceded in death by her father, John; a sister, Mary; a brother, Bill and a son, Phillip. She is survived by her mother, Rita; a sister Ann; five brothers, Max, Jim, Paul. Gary, and Pat; her husband Paul; son, Greg (Cheryl); daughter, Mary Chaille (Andy) and four grandchildren, John, Amelia, Samantha and Mitchell.
Betsy was active in church activities and work at Meridian St. United Methodist church, in the office, in book clubs, in small groups. She was also involved in local and global missions and with the Church and Community committees. She was also active in Neighborhood and Community efforts and was the immediate past president of the Northern Estates Homeowners Association.
Betsy died quietly on February 28th in the loving arms of her family after a long battle with Myelofibrosis
