Mary Gladys Brown, 80, Indianapolis, passed away on August 14, 2013. Mother Brown was a 51 year member of Pioneer Missionary Baptist Church where she was a on the Mothers Board, Usher Board and a Choir member. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Roy Brown, parents and nine brothers and sisters.
She leaves to cherish her precious memory, children: James L. Brown (Michelle), Charles E. Brown (Joy), Mary Frances Watkins (Louis), Joyce M. Robinson, Elnora "Angie" Robinson and Audrey Robinson; siblings: Eva Pugh, Lydell Tyus and Jerlene Fry all of Decatur, Illinois, Mary Young of Phoenix, Arizona and Betty Thompson of Columbia, Tennessee; thirteen grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
Friends may call on Saturday, August 24, 2013, 10am - 12pm at Pioneer Missionary Baptist Church, 2001 Yandes Street in Indianapolis. The Homegoing Celebration will commence promptly at 12pm. Burial in Crown Hill Cemetery.
