Evangelist Walter-Rean Jones Moore 78, of Indianapolis, passed away August 10, 2009. She was an ordained Evangelist and well known vocalist. She loved fishing and treasured her family. She leaves to cherish her legacy devoted husband, Lonnie K. Moore; sons, Kerry Neal, Michael (Cathy Jo) Moore, Sr.; daughters; Kimberly D. Moore, Catherine Townsend; brothers, Willie T. Riley, Sr., Charles C. Riley, Delanious Riley; sisters, Evangelist Annie (Adolph) Jordan, Essie V. Williams, Virginia L. Riley, Eloise (David) Howse; Ruthie L. Riley, Peggy (William) Duffy; 23 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and a host of extended relatives and friends.
Services will be held Saturday, August 15, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pleasant Union Missionary Baptist Church, 1202 Eugene Street, with visitation there on Friday, August 14, 2009 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Entombment in Crown Hill Cemetery.
