Mrs. Mae Francis Todd was born on August 15, 1934 in Carrollton, Alabama, to the late Henry and Hattie Todd. At an early age she had hope in Christ and Joined the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Carrollton. She later joined a host of churches in Indiana. She was joined in Holy Matrimony to Lester White Jr. for 35 years. Mae was preceded in death by her late husband Lester White Jr., and daughter Mrs. Phyllis White-Mills, and parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Todd; four brothers, Henry Todd jr, Robert Todd, Willie Harris, and Mac Arthur and Mae Arther, and one sister Alice Todd.
God called Mrs. Mae White to rest on August 19, 2016, at 3:50 a.m. at Rose Walk Village, Indianapolis, Indiana.
Mae leaves to cherish her loving memory three daughters, Verna White, Patricia White, and Cynthia White Duncan; a son, Christopher White Sr., three sisters Earnestine Miller of Pennsylvania, Emma Wright, and Lillie Todd; two brothers, Jerry Todd, and James Todd, of Carrollton, Alabama; two granddaughters, five grandsons, and a host of nieces and nephews.
