Joyce A. Howard 68 of Indianapolis passed away February 13, 2009. She was a compliance officer with the Human Resources Division, State of Indiana for 30 years retiring in 2007. Joyce is survived by three sons Eugene B. Howard (Valerie), Keith A. Howard (Julie) and Clarence D. Howard (Noemi), a sister, Stephanie J. Edwards, six grandchildren along with two nieces and three great nieces. Funeral Services will be in Peace Chapel of the Community Mausoleum of Crown Hill Cemetery at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 21, 2009 where friends may call from 9:30 until service time. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society. Final arrangements entrusted to Crown Hill Funeral Home.
