Myrtle was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and a woman of strong faith who touched the lives of everyone she met. Her greatest joy was her family.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Philip and three of her sons, Richard, Leroy, and Jerry. She leaves to cherish her memory her sons Philip, William, Albert and Harry; her daughter Patricia; her grandchildren, extended family, and many loved ones.
After more than a year in hospice care, Myrtle is now at peace and reunited with the loved ones she missed so dearly.
Visitation will be held at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 700 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, IN 46208, US, on September 2, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life at Crown Hill Funeral Home on September 2, 2026, beginning at 1:00 pm.
