His father, Arthur Barner, mother, Leola Perkins Davis, brothers, Roosevelt Barner, James L. Bacon, Curtis Bacon, Donald L. Bacon, sister, Betly Jean Heath preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife, Mary Francine Barner, brothers, Lawrence Barner, Sylvester Barner, Ronald Bacon, sisters, Elizabeth Pinkard, Idella Barner, Lenora Nathan, Jenny L. Coleman, Patricia Bacon and a host of extended family and friends.
His visitation will take place on Saturday, January 24, 2015, 9am- 11am, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 11am at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. His burial will take place in New Crown Cemetery.
