Nathaniel Matthew Bunton, the son of Anna Mae Hayes-Bunton and Garland Bunton Sr. He was born on January 5, 1945 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He lived in Indianapolis all of his life. He attended St. Rita Catholic School.
Nathaniel was united in marriage to Mrs. Mary L. Williams, on October 12, 2014. He was employed at the Department of Transportation as a truck driver where he retired.
Nathaniel enjoyed cooking, watching old movies, TV shows and most importantly playing spades (card). BIG WINNER!
Nathaniel departed this life February 18, 2020 in the city of his birth. He is preceded in death by his brothers Frezale Crenshaw, Garland Bunton Jr., Major Bunton, Harold Bunton,
and Henry Bunton, sisters Anna Katherine Crenshaw-McCrady, Viola Bunton-Gatewood.
Those left to cherish his memory are his three daughters; Latanga Owens, Danita Bunton and Alicia Bunton, brother Charles Bunton, 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews and friends.
Visitation for Nathaniel will be Saturday February 29 from 11 am to 12 pm, with a Celebration of Life at 12 pm at the Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary.
