91, of Indianapolis passed away on July 7, 2012 at Garden Villa Nursing Home in Bloomington, Indiana. She was born on March 4, 1921 in Geneva, Indiana to Samuel C. and Alta C. Fink Bailey. Neola is survived by her daughter Rhana (Sam) Rees, daughter-in-law Susan Carnes, sister Kathryn Wittig, grandchildren Rene (Brian) Sobus, Sam Rees, Doug Rees, Greg (Stacy) Rees, Jeff (Brooke) Rees and great grandchildren Morgan, Sam, Jack, Matt and Kaylee Rees, sister-in-laws Susan Bailey, Betty Bailey, caregiver Susan Curry. She is preceded in death by her husband William H. Carnes, son William H Carnes IV, brothers Ray, Keith and Max Bailey. Funeral services will be Thursday July 12 at 1 pm at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary with visitation starting at 11 am until service time. Entombment will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
