A public visitation for Little Miss. Nolaa Q Dinkins, will be held Friday, August 1st, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Oasis of Hope Baptist Church, 1701 E. 25th, Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46218, followed by a Celebration of Life Memorial Service at 2:00 PM.
