Tina confessed a belief in Christ at an early age and was baptized at Travelers Rest Baptist Church and continued her faith throughout her entire life. She graduated from Broad Ripple High School, where she enjoyed being a part of the ROTC Team.
Tina started her career in 1993 at Wishard Hospital, which is now known as Sidney and Lois Eskenazi Hospital. Tina was passionate about the work she did; for 32 years, she worked in Environmental Services and held several titles, her most recent being “Educator”.
Nothing meant more to Tina than her family - Sons, Terence Plummer Jr, daughter-in-law Tandra Zak and Thomas Plummer Sr; her grandchildren, Terence Plummer III, Thomas Plummer Jr, Tyrone Zak, Tayah Zak, Trell T Zak, and Tavi ’Onna Plummer.
Tina was known for spreading her gift of love throughout her entire family. She made sure everyone knew how much she loved them. Her light was as bright as the sun and all the stars that light up the night sky. She knew the power of love and kindness. She always made sure she did her part in keeping the family together. As others were called home to be with the Lord, she proudly picked up the torch and became “the glue” that kept her family together.
Tina never missed a celebration; she was always there when others needed her, in good and bad times. She radiated joy and strength. Tina had a passion for traveling, shopping, and dancing. She enjoyed the simple pleasures of life and made sure she created her memories and happiness. She was known for her boundless generosity and her ability to make everyone feel welcome. Whether it was her gentle laughter, her comforting presence, or her thoughtful advice, she touched the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her. She had a talent for turning ordinary moments into treasured memories, leaving behind a legacy of kindness. Her warmth and spirit will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May her memory
inspire all to show the same kindness and grace to others as she did.
