He was born on July 2, 1935 in Lyons, Indiana. He attended Liton High School
where he was active in sports. He served in The National Guard for 17 years
and retired from Ford Motor Company after 31 years.
Norman was preceded in Death by his parents, Raleigh and Frances (Gilligan)
Whaley, a brother, Ronnie Whaley, and a stepson, Maurice Andrew Williamson.
He is survived by his wife, Marsenna, a son, Dr. Stephen Whaley, a daughter,
daughters, Brenda Phillips and Kristie Tackett, stepdaughters, Melody Snelson,
Ann Foley and Mary Duvall, one sister, Sue Eckles. He is also survived by many
grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Norman will be missed greatly by His Family and Friends.
