Orville was preceded him death by his parents, Orville Sr. and Florence; brother, Jesse M. Rowley, Sr.; children, Tamera, Delco,Daytona, and Orville III.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Carol T. Young-Rowley; children, Paris Le-Monte Rowley, Sr. (Patricia), Ronson Rowley (Linda), Tari Rowley (Andre Howard); sister, Syble Smith; brothers, Leo Rowley, Leslie Rowley (Irene), Roland Rowley (Betty); grandchildren LaRonca Rowley, Paris-Le-Monte Rowley Jr., Delco (Jennifer) Rowley Sr., Ronson Rowley II, Shannon (Ranjheit)Fields, DeWayne Gilmore, Theron Rowley, Eiren Rowley, Darryl Worthen, DeJuan Worthen, Daniel Bankhead, Shamika Gipson, Donnie Gipson, and Torrey Gist; 28 great-grandchildren; and a host of other extended relatives and friends.
