She is survived by her children; Barbara Kovacs, Rebecca O'Rear, Debra Shepherd, William L Kelley, Jr, Byron J Kelley, Christopher T Kelley and brother Orval T Jones, Jr.
Patricia ashes will be placed at Crown Hill Cemetery, Saturday, July 19th, 2025 at 11am. A reception will be held at the home of Barb Kovacs immediately following.
