Patricia Lou Ragan

Patricia lived a long and blessed life, passing on October 17, 2026.

She graduated from Ball State with a degree in Elementary Education and Art. She taught second grade for seven years before marrying Dr. William Ragan in 1957.

Patty and Bill raised three children, Chris, Darby and Melissa. They loved to travel and time at their Brown County cabin.

She volunteered extensively, devoting hours to the Medical Auxiliary and a Christian Children TV program called Timonthy Church Mouse. She served in several leadership roles at her church, Second Presbyterian, and participated in numerous bible studies.

She was beautiful. She loved God and her family.

She is survived by her three children and seven grandchildren. William Christopher (Kelly) Ragan. Children: Ben, Lily, Elisabeth Darby (Tim) Casady. Children: Joseph, Peter Melissa (John) Baker. Children: Sam, Sophia
