Service for Mr. Smith will be held, 12:00 pm, Monday, February 7, 2022, at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home Peoples' Chapel, 5252 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, with visitation held from 11:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm, all taken place at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at V A Marion National Cemetery, 1700 E. 38th Street, Marion Indiana.
