70, of Indianapolis IN, passed away February 13, 2021. Phillip was born on August 6th 1950 in Anderson, IN. Phillip served in the US Army from 1969-1972. He was a conductor with CSX Railroad for 20 years before retiring in 2001. Phillip is survived by his wife: Sheryl Davis, children: Rachel (Johnny) Johnson, Darcy (Mike) Cranor and Chad McDanel, Brother: Charles (Deanna) King, Sister: Barbara Rittman, Sister in laws: Beth (Lee) Smith, Debi Johnson, 7 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by Gerald and Kathleen King (mother and father) and 1 grandchild Nicholas A. Cranor.
