Rachel was preceded in death by her sister, Daniella Adams. She leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life: parents Patricia Jordan and Michael Adams; children: Tyrell Adams and Anthony Carlton; siblings: Christopher Adams, Michael Adams, Courtney Adams (Alicia), Destiny Adams, Bernnetter Sisk, Jessica Adams and Ashley Adams and a host of extended loving family and friends in Indianapolis, Michigan, Illinois and California.
Her visitation will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2015, 11am - 1pm, with the service at 1pm in Changing Life Through Jesus Christ Ministries, 3725 N. Post Road, Indianapolis.
