I have never met a woman who was as beautiful and as kind as Rachel was. Her patience and understanding for all things around her was one worth admiring. I feel blessed to have known her in my life.

To Scott and Donny,

Stay strong in your time of mourning, as she is by your side as she always has been. May faith, strength, courage, and most of all peace be with you as we know Rachel is in the most heavenly of places.

"This is the day that the Lord hath made. I will rejoice and be glad in it."

That's how Rachel lived her life...full of joy, full of faith and she shared that joy and faith with everyone she came in contact with. We are all better for knowing her. We have all been blessed because the Lord's love shone through her. I don't think I've ever met a more amazing woman!

Your work is done here, faithful servant. It is up to the rest of us to carry it on. We will carry you forever in our hearts and continue to lift your precious family up in our prayers.

I will miss you dear cousin, Rachel. Rachel had a smile that lit up a room and a personality so full of passion. I remember even as a little girl she always made me feel so very special. My deepest sympathy to Aunt DeeDee and Uncle Don, and to my very sweet cousins, Melissa and Becky and to her loving husband Scott & son Donny.

I am so sorry to hear of Rachel's passing. I wish I could be there but know that I am with your family in spirit and everyone is in my thoughts of prayers. I often wonder what my life would have been like without Rachel in it. I know I havent stayed in constant contact with the family over the last few years but all of you played a role in the woman I have become! I lost my dad to cancer of the 20th of this month and he too had young children, Alex is 9yo and Olivia is 7yo. I hope God's love wraps his arms around your family and you find some comfort in you loss.

Rachel was a wonderfully strong woman. I have been blessed by knowing her. When Donny was born, she was so strong, her faith kept her going. She was a very, very good mommy to Donny and a wonderful wife to Scott. We will miss you Rachel.
