A public visitation for Mr. Randy W. Howell, will be held Tuesday, August 5th, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at New Era Church, 517 W. 30th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46208, followed by a celebration of life service at 12:00 PM.
