65, of Indianapolis, passed away on October 9, 2017. Ransome was a fun-loving man who enjoyed pulling pranks, spending time in the outdoors and being a cowboy at heart. He will be dearly missed by his wife, Margie; his children, Alicia Johnson and Kyle Russell; his step-daughters, Mary Miller, Vicky Haley Newman, Lee Ann Barnes, and Lisa Gutierrez; his sisters, Marilyn Matherne, Marcia Reagan, Billie Getzelman, and Carol Bloomfield; 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Natalie and his siblings, Jack Austin, Peggy Dudley, and Vickie Walker Long. Visitation will be Monday, October 16, 2017 from 4:30pm until the time of service at 6:30pm at Family Funeral Care. Memorial contributions may be made to the Indianapolis Veteran’s Administration.
