Rebecca Brown

1972-2015 To best describe Rebecca, the term �"free spirit” must be applied. She did what she wanted and when she wanted to do it. Though her interests were varied and widespread she probably grew up in the wrong era. She showed the interest in old cars especially from the 60’s as well as mid-century fashion and décor. Her biggest passion was for the culinary arts. There was never a dish she couldn’t make and make well. Rebecca worked in many different fields, from cosmetics for Christian Dior to a flight attendant for the U.S. Airways. While she was working as a flight attendant she was also applying to the IMPD to become an officer. Towards the end of the process was when she was diagnosed with liver disease. At one point in the hospital she was given two weeks to live. Well almost ten years later she couldn’t fight any longer.
