52, of Indianapolis passed away on March 18, 2017 at home. He is survived by his wife of 23 years; Tammy Smith, children; Darren, Rhiannon, Shannon, Eden, Megan and Jillian Smith, parents; Tommy and Helin Smith, brothers; Eden, Alan and Ross Smith along with his four legged buddy "Baby".
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
