Ricky DeCarlo, 62, Kokomo, passed away at his residence February 13, 2016. After 5 years of suffering from Kidney Failure and COPD, his struggles and pain are over and he is no longer suffering in this world.He was born in Washington, DC on January 4, 1954 and grew up in Youngstown, Oh. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lola & Samuel Summers. He leaves to mourn his loss: sisters, Theresa Forte; Barbara (Karl) Nix; Nichelle Wright; Brother: Walter Wallace; and a host of nieces and nephews.According to his wishes, Cremation is being handled by Bluitt & Son Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Memorial is being held Sunday, February 21, 2pm-4pm at 14oo N. Hickory Lane, Kokomo, In. Friends and Family are Welcome.
