Robert Sedgwick

He was born in Mattoon, IL to the late William and Eleanor Sedgwick.

Robert retired from Chrysler where he was a millwright and foreman for over 35 years. He also served his country in the United States Army. Robert was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who devoted his life to his family. His grandchildren were the center of his life and he could always be found on the sidelines at all of their events.

Robert is survived by his children, Julie (Scott) Parker, and Martin (Denise) Sedgwick; grandchildren, Payton and Trent Parker, Morgan, Mason, and Sam

Sedgwick, and Kylie and Kami Koors; sister, Evonne (Ed) Frazier; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Sedgwick and daughter, Jennifer Sedgwick-Koors.

Visitation will be held Tuesday Oct. 25th from 4:00-8:00 PM at Our Lady of Greenwood Catholic Church 335 S. Meridian St., Greenwood, IN 46143. A Funeral Service will be held on Wed. Oct 26th at 10:00 AM in the Church.

Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood, IN

Memorial Contributions may be made in Robert’s Memory to the Roncalli High School After Prom Fund.
