Robert Edward Viscovitch, 70, of Indianapolis, entered into eternal rest on October 19, 2023 in Indianapolis. He was born on November 29, 1952 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Louis and Ruth Viscovitch.
Robert had a great passion for music with a humongous collection of vinyl cd’s and obsolete cassettes. He could understand all of the words and enjoyed singing along. Robert also enjoyed drawing and sketching various objects. He loved his fur babies with a passion. Robert always had a soft spot for animals who needed love and a home. He and his wife had many cats and dogs during their 30 years together.
Robert absolutely loved when his wife made homemade spaghetti sauce and his next favorite food was buffalo wings. He was always happy to have big family get together dinners during the holidays. Robert was an excellent driver. While in the Army, he drove vehicles from jeeps hauling around colonels to driving tractor trailers. He enjoyed doing all the driving whenever he and his family took road trips. It was very difficult for him when he had to give up driving.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his step mother, Caroline Viscovitch.
He is survived by his wife, Kay Viscovitch; sister, Pat Viscovitch; nephew, Dan Pugsley; step son, Michael (Melissa) Ammerman; step daughter, Deanna Ammerman; 6 grandchildren, along with 6 great grandchildren.
