Roberta "Bobbie" Monroe

Roberta "Bobbie" Monroe, age 68, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021. Roberta was born November 9, 1952.Bobbie was graduate of Broad Ripple High School and attended Vincennes University. She worked as a secretary for most of her career and was a Cub Scout Den Mother for many years. Bobbie enjoyed cooking, visiting with her grandchildren and spending time with her family. She was also a breast and lung cancer survivor.

Bobbie is survived by her loving husband; Gregory Monroe. Bobbie and Gregory would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary next year. Sons; David, Chris and Michael Monroe, grandchildren; Austin, Madison, Kailee, Hannah, Ally, Gavin, Ayden and Brayden, great-grandson; Antonio, Mother; Evelyn Cory, siblings; Tyran (George), Joanne and Robert (Sherry), along with numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at Feeney Hornak Mortuary (1307 N. Shadeland Ave., Indianapolis, In. 46219) on Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 11:00am-1:00pm with a Memorial Service immediately following at the funeral home.
