I remember Bill from back when I worked at Yukon Sportsmaster near Lynhurst and Washington Street. When we first met he informed me that he went to school with my father,  Ron East. I always looked forward to his visits because he always had a story to tell. Man he sure had some Dandies! He had a great following too. Slim Ali, Bill Phiefer, Danny Wilson.  Put all them guys together and there will be another new story born. Bill loved his coho salmon fishing in Northern Indiana. I wish I could have went but I don’t think I could have hung with those guys and made it back to work the following week! They worked very hard at everything they did!

OH MY HEART, AND HOW YOU WILL ALWAYS BE SO GREATLY MISSED!! I REMEMBER ALWAYS FEELING LIKE FAMILY BECAUSE OF YOU AND HOW YOU LOVED US TOO.  ENOUGH TO MAKE ME MY VERY OWN SPECIAL POT OF CHILI WITH NO BEANS... LOVE YOU BILL   JENNIFER TUSSINGER

Mack you will be missed, I enjoyed are conversations, and will cherish the fishing pole you gave me.

The lights have been turned off at the ponderosa. The things that ill remember about Uncle Bill...brickyard parties, playing uecker with him, standing up screaming and hollering playing cards with him, trumping his K of diamonds with the Ace of diamonds, setting Uncle Bill and winning the game in uecker! Uncle Bill never forgot me beating him18-0! Don't fool with the rest when you have the best, oh by the way it's another Mac attack! Love your favorite nephew Kevin

You were a such a good, kind-hearted man.  You always opened your house to everyone especially with card games and cookouts.  I met Andy at your house.  You meant the world to him.  You were like his second dad.  He always spoke so highly of you.  We will miss you!
