The family of Ms. Rosa L. Toliver will be present to receive friends, from 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 22nd, 2025, at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home, 5252 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 12:00 PM.
