He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Joanne Berry; siblings: Eddie Cherry, Willie Lee Cherry, Herbert Cherry, Albert Cherry, Odessa Davenport and Arleitha Smith; companion, Millette Grady.
His visitation is Thursday, July 3, 2014, 10:00am to 11:00am, with the Homegoing Service beginning at 11:00am at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home Peoples Chapel. The burial is in Sutherland Park Cemetery.
