passed away on September 1, 2009, 1:42 P.M. at St Joseph Memorial Hospital.

She was an assembler for Delco Electronics a General Motors Corporation.

She was a member of Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church, where she sang in the Chancelor Choir, Mass Choir, nurses ministry and the usher board ministry. She was also a member of the American Legion Post #177.

Her husband, John R. Parham, Sr., her parents, Roy and Lillian Fort, 3 brothers and 1 sister preceded her in death.

She is survived by her daughters, Yvonne M. Warwick, Robin Gaillard (Evie C.), Ossie Pearl Parham of Atlanta, Georgia, Eva M. Parham of Louisville, Kentucky, Cynthia Ann Parham, son, John R. Parham, Jr., two sisters, Osie Guynn and Margaret A. Fort, seven grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2009, 1 P.M. at Mt Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church. Pastor Lonnie E. Anderson will be the officiant and eulogist. Visitation will be on Saturday, September 5, 2009 from 12 Noon until the time of service at the church. Burial in Crown Point Cemetery.
