A visitation for Ms. Russell Ann Secrest, will be held Friday, February 28th, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home - 5252 E. 38th Street Indianapolis, IN 46218, followed by a celebration of life service at 12:00 PM, with Interment to follow at New Crown Cemetery.
