Ryleigh Kilah Payne was born on December 16, 2010 to loving parents James Carver Jr. and Arianne Payne. Ryleigh was deeply loved by her family and friends. She attended Global Prep Academy. Ryleigh was gentle, happy, loved soft music and her favorite song was man in the mirror. Ryleigh was preceded in death by great grandparent Karen Woods.
