Sarah was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to Fredrick and Margaret Weber, on March 28, 1944. She lived in Indianapolis. She graduated from Speedway High School and attended Ball State University. Sarah worked at different administrative jobs. She wrote the book “Anchors Aweigh” and was a gifted pianist. Sarah donated an authentic replica of a real Spanish Galleon Pirate Ship to the Children's Museum, which is displayed in the archaeology section.
Sarah is preceded in death by her parents. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery.
