Sebastian Eutimio Delacruz 67, of Indianapolis passed away on December 6, 2018. He was born January 20, 1951 in Lima, Peru to Juan and Veronica Delacruz. He worked at I.U. Hospital. Sebastion is survived by his wife Geraldine DeMoss Delacruz, sons Joshua (Brittney), John, Jason (Rachel) Delacruz, his brothers and sisters and 9 grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, December 9 from 2 – 4 pm at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary. Tributes may be made at www.feeneyhornakshadeland.com.
