Shelly Jean Brooks, age 62, of Houston, Texas passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2020. Shelly was born January 21, 1958. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Brooks, Sr. and Margarita Edwards Brooks; brother, Lyndon Brooks; and sister, Margarita Brooks.
Left to cherish her precious memories are her sisters, Annie Ruth Brooks and Barbara Jackson (Phillip), both of Houston, Texas; and brother, Walter Brooks, Jr. of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Celebration of life service will be held at 12 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2020 in Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, with visitation there from 11 a.m. until service time. Interment: New Crown Cemetery.
