31, Camby, passed away April 14, 2015. Jason was born in Cookeville, TN on November 8, 1983 to parents Dennis and Ruby (Jackson) Smith. Jason was a member of the Indiana Army National Guard. Jason is survived by his wife Chelsea L. Smith; children, Carson Smith, Zoey Smith, Dane Browning (step-son), Sydney Smith, and Mason Smith; brother Timothy (Brittni)Smith; sister, Jennifer (Brandon) Tompkins and parents Dennis and Ruby Smith, as well as a large extended family and Military brothers and sisters in arms.
