Stanley George Stewart

Stanley George Stewart, age 95, of Sebring, Florida and formerly of Indianapolis, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2022. Stanley was born April 5, 1927 in Indianapolis, Indiana the son of the late George F. and Nelly B. (Ellis) Stewart. He was a member of Fleming Garden Christian Church and of the Lynnhurst Masonic Lodge. He was a Jack of all trades and could fix anything. He loved to Bowl and Golf and loved to boat with his family. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary A. (Greathouse) Stewart January 14, 2006, son, Stanley Paul Stewart October 23, 2003 and brothers Max and Art Stewart. Stanley is survived by his daughters, LaDonna Ficklin and her husband Russ, Norma Virden and her husband Steve, and Candyce Fleming and her husband John; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. Monday, October 3, 2022 at Family Funeral Care, 5791 Rockville Road, Indianapolis, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the service time on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Floral Park Cemetery.
