Steve Alan Jones

48, died May 5, 2018. He was born April 1, 1970 in Cincinnati Ohio. Steve was a manager at Salle Mae. Steve was the ultimate baseball, fan, player and coach, impacting youth baseball players into young men. Steve is survived by his wife Delores Newsome Jones, mother Chris Koch Jones sisters Michelle (Bryan) Boyd, Nicole (Chad) Jones, nieces and nephews Hunter, Dakota, Austin and Caroline. Honorary daughter LaSha (Tim) Redmond and his baseball teams and friends throughout the years. He is preceded in death by his father Matthew “Jack” Jones. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday May 10 at 11 am at St. Matthew Catholic Church with a gathering from 10 – 11 am. Memorials in Steve’s name may be made to Bishop Chatard Athletic Association.
