Susan Darlene Pugh, of Indianapolis, age 73, Indiana passed away on Friday April 24, 2020. Susan was born October 1, 1946 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Wilma (King) Wallace and Shannon Wallace. She is also preceded in death by her brother, James Thomas. Susan was the youngest of 3 children and was part of five generations. She worked for the State Board of Health for many years before taking various bank collection jobs. She enjoyed camping, yard sales, playing mah-jongg, reading, and knitting. She was a very devoted and loving to her family and proud of her marriage of 52 years to her wonderful husband.
Susan is survived by her husband of 52 years, Terry Pugh; daughter, Kim Barber (David); sister, Sharon Wand (Earl); granddaughter, Krystin Knowles (William); grandson, Kevin Webster; 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Susan will be held Tuesday, April 28, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Family Funeral Care-Rockville West, 5791 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46224. Gathering limit of 10 and social distancing will be observed, please wait in your vehicle for instruction to enter by staff. Her Funeral Service will be Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at 10:00 AM, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Floral Park Cemetery, Indianapolis, Indiana. Please respect the family's selection of the 10 members to attend the service. It will be available via live stream on the Facebook page of Family Funeral Care.
