Sylvia Worthington Butler 65 Of Indianapolis, passed away August 28, 2011. She is survived by her husband, James; sons, Mark, Lee, Paul Eddie Butler and Mark Watkins; daughters, Kelley Heartfield (Martin), Ruby, Jamie, Laurie, Lydia and Emily Butler; her father, Arthur E. Worthington; brother, Arthur N. Worthington; sister, Lydia Worthington; grandchildren, Tyler, Sylvia-Yvonne, Julia, Alexia, Rylan, and Lilly. Services are Saturday, September 3, 2011, at 11:00a.m. at Cathedral of Praise C.O.G.I.C 5815 E. 42nd St. Visitation on Friday, September 2, 2011, from 5:00-9:00 p.m. at the church.
