Terri Leigh Simpson

Terri was born in Shelbyville, IN to Morris and Beulah Brown on March 17th, 1957. She graduated from Triton Central High School. She married Mike Simpson on June 19th, 1976, in Fairland, IN. She worked as an Administrative Assistant at IPL/AES for over 30 years. She was involved in several bible study and fellowship groups.

Terri was a skilled pianist and enjoyed playing her favorite gospel hymns. In her free time, she treasured spending time with her children and grandchildren, to whom she was affectionately known as “Apple” and would never miss an opportunity to enjoy her Happy Place of Siesta Key.

Terri was loved by those fortunate enough to spend time with her. She found courage and strength by relying on her Faith, Family, and Friends.

Terri is preceded in death by her parents, Morris and Beulah.

Terri is survived by her husband Mike, daughter Traci (Mitch) Smith, son Todd (Steph), grandchildren Kaleb, Lane, Nora, Owen, Finn, and Maci, and brothers Michael (Sherill), Sam (Gaye), and Troy (Darlene).

Funeral services will be held at Little and Son’s Funeral Home (4901 E Stop 11 Rd) on Friday, May 22nd from 11A-2P with Gary Johnson, officiating the service at 2P.
