The Childs Family

Raymond Lee Childs Jr. 42, of Gary Indiana was born on January 15, 1979 in Hawaii to Raymond and Rita Childs. Raymond attended Lew Wallace High School in Gary, Indiana. Raymond’s first job was at Burger King. Raymond later met his lifetime partner, Kezzie King, who later would become his wonderful wife on January 27, 2006 in Gary, Indiana. Raymond began his lifetime legacy career by being the founder of JusReal Records and producing music at a very young age. Raymond was a very strong and family-oriented man. Raymond loved his family and friends no matter the cause, and would drop any and everything if anyone ever needed him. Raymond and Kezzie believed that their children could do anything they put their minds to, which lead to the start of Nu Street. Nu Street was formed with their 3 boys. Raymond and Kezzie also founded Nu Path, and Nu Wave INC. Raymond later passed down his lifetime legacy to his 3 sons and godson whom he looked after just as if he was his own. Raymond is preceded in death by his mother, Rita Richardson-Childs, his grandmother Irene Jenkins and his granddaughter Royalty Childs. Raymond leaves to cherish his memories, his father Raymond Sr., 3 daughters, T’ana, Kayla, and Naomi, and 2 sons, Raymond III and Xavier and a host of family and friends.
