Theodore "Teddy" Raymond Browning

66, Passed away February 2nd, 2018. He was born Aril 1st, 1951, in Verner, West Virginia, the son of Foster and Norma Osborne Browning. Teddy was the owner/operator of Browning Flooring.

He is preceded in death by his: Mother- Norma Osborne Browning, Father- Foster Browning, Brothers- Robert F. Browning, Billy Joe Browning, and Jackie O'Dell Browning,

He is survived by his sons- Todd (Wife Angel) Runciman, Ryan Conley, Daughter- Rachael Wright, Brothers- Rickie (Wife Julie) Browning, Sisters- Linda Kay Browning, Theresa Vance Browning, Sandy (Husband John) Snuffer, Bonnie Browning (Widow of Jackie O'dell Browning) and Carol (Husband Randy) Dixon, Grandson's Brandon Runciman, Cody Runciman, and Kyle Roberts.

A Celebration of Teddy's life will be Wednesday, February 7th, at Feeney-Hornak Keystone Mortuary, located at 2126 East 71st Street, Indianapolis, IN. 46220. Visitation will be from 3pm to 7pm, followed by the funeral ceremony, at 7pm. Additional service will be Friday at 12pm, at the Verner Community Church, located in Verner, West Virginia.
